Overview
Pyramid E&C offers compact, modular reforming solutions for the conversion of natural gas into syngas, which serves as a building block for Hydrogen, Methanol, and Ammonia production. Our approach is based on small, shop-fabricated modules that can be scaled up to large module sizes of up to 1000 tons, enabling flexible project execution, phased capacity addition, and reduced on-site construction effort.
We provide Grey Steam Methane Reforming (Grey SMR) as well as our proprietary induction-based reforming technology (HydroBlue® SMR). While Grey SMR is a proven and widely adopted process, HydroBlue® represents a next-generation approach, utilizing electrical induction to drive the endothermic reforming reaction, eliminating open flame combustion and significantly reducing emissions.
