Assistant Manager - Finance
Experience: 10+yrs
Technical Skills:
- Lead the company’s equity raising initiatives, including preparation of investment decks, financial models, and engaging with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Experience in making project feasibility studies including ROI/ NPV calculation and a track record in raising equity.
- Develop and implement strategies for fundraising (equity, debt, PE, VC, structured finance) to meet growth objectives.
- Prepare and review detailed financial projections, business valuations, and ROI analysis for projects.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation, RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and fundraising (equity, debt, private equity, venture capital, IPO preparation).
- Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, and investor presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.
Software/System Skills:
- Advanced Excel, ERP/SAP, MS – Office.
Education: B. Com/M. Com, MBA (Finance)/CA.
