Vice President - BD - Renewable & Biochemicals

Technical Skills:
- In depth knowledge of Renewables, Biochemicals, Biofuels, Green Hydrogen and Sustainable Energy business in India.
- Experience in dealing with decision makers and key personnel at client organizations to generate new business opportunities and enquiries.
- Experience in sales and business development of engineering services for Renewable Energy, Biochemical, Biofuel, Green Hydrogen and EPC industries.
- Experience in developing business opportunities with project developers, technology licensors, consultants and EPC contractors.
- Organizing trade shows, participating in exhibitions, conferences and making presentations to prospective customers.
- Ensure prequalification of the organization with target customers and international clients.
- To ensure that enquiries are screened and evaluated to determine sales strategy, risk identification, profitability and business potential.
- Ensure liaison with Engineering, Estimation, Finance, Legal and Management teams for proposals, projects, commercial and contractual matters.
- Foster and develop positive customer relationships resulting in increased business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in development of project solutions that satisfy customer needs and create opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence related to Renewable Energy, Biofuels, SAF, Green Hydrogen, Ethanol, Sustainable Chemicals and emerging Energy Transition projects.
- Liaison with Estimation, Finance and Corporate Management for submission of techno-commercial bid documents.
- Identify strategic partnerships, alliances and market expansion opportunities in Renewables & Biochemicals sectors.

- Good Communication in English (Written & Spoken) and Presentation Skills.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Should be well versed with market conditions and emerging trends in Renewable Energy & Biochemicals sectors.
Education: B.E. Chemical/Mechanical Graduate from a recognized Institute
