facilities supplied by Pyramid E&C comprise of pre-engineered modular units that are designed, assembled, and tested at our module fabrication yards located globally.

We also take up Balance of Plant on EPCm basis as required for the success of the project.

Depending upon properties such as crude API gravity, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and water content, a Production Facility may comprise some or all of the following equipment to meet sales specifications for oil and gas.

Early Production Facility

An Early Production Facility (EPF) is a small mobile processing unit that can be deployed to accelerate revenue generation for newly developed fields.

Standard Sizes:

5,000 BPD to 10,000 BPD Oil

Central Production Facility

A Central Production Facility (CPF) is a permanent processing unit that fully monetizes the oil, gas, and condensate produced in the field. It also contains a modular water treatment plant to enable local disposal of well water.

Standard Sizes:

25,000 BPD to 50,000 BPD Oil
20 MMSCFD to 250 MMSCFD Gas

Using our long experience in designing Oil & Gas treatment facilities, we have standardized the configurations for heavy as well as light, sour (high sulfur) and sweet (low sulfur) Crude oil thus considerably reducing the engineering, procurement and fabrication time.
