Pyramid E&C completed the acquisition of Turnkey Specialists Inc., Houston (TSI). Founded in 1996, TSI has completed 270 projects in Midstream segment comprising of Gas Plants, Compressor Stations, Hydrocarbon storage facilities and pipelines in 10 US states. TSI has prestigious long standing clientele e.g. Kinder Morgan, Mark West partners, Crestwood Midstream and a number of service firms. With this acquisition, Pyramid E&C gets a foothold in US midstream industry as well as ability to utilise the Midstream know how and experience internationally.
