  • Identifying business opportunities for the company, meeting major clients and setting up meetings.
  • Develop and foster business opportunities in key areas of focus across the market segments. Candidates must have experience in technical sales and the ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
  • To ensure that the enquiries are screened and to determine a sales strategy, risk identification, profit potential and analysis.
  • Maintain professional sales practices of lead generation, customer account planning and management and record keeping identifying and nurturing sales opportunities in the designated territories.
  • Liaison with Proposals & Estimation team, Finance on submission of bid documents. Support in market intelligence on rates, competitor analysis
  • Develop and execute sales strategic plans and forecasts by understanding deliverables to achieve targets.
  • Expand current and penetrate new markets.
  • Maintain close contact with customer base to identify industry trends, needs and opportunities. Meeting potential client requirements. Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
  • Meet goals in accordance with overall marketing strategy/ plan.
  • Plan and manage sales targets. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted business activity.
  • Ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with US market to pitch for structural steel design & detailing services in TEKLA and SDS/2 projects.

Skills

  • Broad Knowledge of Market Steel Detailing in US,GCC, Asia Pacific region. Which will help to identify the Business opportunity, Meeting the clients to take up forward
  • Full understanding of work flow from the concept to closure of the contract considering all the factors and Ability to deal independently with throgh technical kowldge.
  • Screening of enquiries and coordinating with SBU for the Quotes and Deliveries.
  • Professoional sales practice in generation of lead, Interaction with customer, Presentation and excellent communication skill
  • Develop and execute the sales plan and meeting the set tagets and togrow the business with timely revenue. YOY growth in the business plan.
  • Knowledge of Tekla, SDS 2, BIM solutions, MS office and use of professional networking solutions.
  • Strong CAD/ 3D model review skills
  • Have good knowledge of planning techniques and software
  • Development of engineering procedures as per ISO 9001.
